E197 Frost Yourself With Kalen Allen

On todays episode we are joined by the one and only Kalen Allen. You may recognize Kalen from The Ellen Show but you may not know he is also an actor and a recording artist with a new holiday album out now called "For Christmas Sake." We speak with Kalen about his dreams coming true overnight, his way of looking at the world with the glass half full, and his thoughts on working at The Ellen Show and rumors surrounding it. Get ready to smile as Kalen's infectious personality takes over The Viall Files.

"Just because where you are right now does not feel like it is where you are supposed to be does not mean you are not going to get to where you are supposed to be. "
