Ep. 87 - Persia Garland Moen - Plant Medicines, Prophecies, Awareness, & the Heart

Hey everybody! Episode 87 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with Persia Garland Moen. Persia and I have a few mutual friends and we had been meaning to speak for a while so it was nice to finally sit down and have her share. Persia’s journey began in childhood and she has led a very interesting life and has studied many paths. In this episode, we spoke about her background, Tibetan Buddhism, shamanism, ayahuasca, her time with the Qeros of the Peruvian Andes, opening the heart and awareness and the journey that entails. We went about three hours talking and I think you all will learn from Persia’s wisdom and experience, much as did I. As always, to support this podcast, get early access to shows, bonus material, and Q&As, check out my Patreon page below. Enjoy! And please Subscribe or Follow and if you can go on Apple Podcasts and leave a starred-rating and a short review. My colleague Merav Artzi (who I interviewed in episode 28) and I will be running diets in the Sacred Valley of Peru beginning again in February of 2022.
