Ep. 62 - John Schott - Health, Nutrition, & Rewilding

Hey everybody! Episode 62 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with my friend John Schott. John and I met a number of years back as we shared a mutual teacher, Dr. David Jubbs. John has been on an interesting journey of self-discovery through nutrition, bodywork, and health and wellness. John has done some amazing work in this area and I have a lot of respect for what he has done and how he is able to bring a lot of really varied topics together. It was a pleasure for me to catch up with him and I hope you all enjoy this conversation. As always, to support this podcast, get early access to shows, bonus material, and Q&As, check out my Patreon page below. Enjoy! For more info about John and his work, visit: https://www.rewildingcovid.com/ and his podcast called Rewild Humanity If you enjoy the show, it would be a big help if you could share it with your own audiences via social media or word of mouth. And please Subscribe or Follow and if you can go on Apple Podcasts and leave a starred-rating and a short review. That would be super helpful with the algorithms and getting this show out to more people. Thank you in advance! My colleague Merav Artzi (who I interviewed in episode 28) and I will be running dietas in the Sacred Valley of Peru on September 1-29 and in the Sinai desert of Egypt on October 10-27.
