Ep. 6 - Lila Lopez-Sanchez - Shipibo Medicine Woman, Ayahuasca, & Ceremony

Welcome! In this show, I sit down with my friend and colleague Lila Lopez-Sanchez. Lila is a Shipibo curandera or doctor who specializes in the plant medicine ayahuasca. I've worked with Lila for the past seven years and for me, she really embodies the role of a doctor and healer. She brings a joy, knowledge, care, and precision to her work. It was a pleasure to talk to her. As much of the audience is English speaking, I enlisted the help of my friend Carolina (who I interviewed in episode 5) to do live translation. I hope you enjoy it. For more information about working with Lila, visit: https://templeofthewayoflight.org/ http://niweraoxobo.com/ https://www.circleofliferetreats.com/ If you enjoy the show, it would be a big help if you could share it with your own audiences via social media or word of mouth. And please Subscribe or Follow and if you can go on Apple Podcasts and leave a starred-rating and a short review. That would be super helpful with the algorithms and getting this show out to more people. Thank you in advance! My colleague Merav Artzi (who I interviewed in episode 28) and I will be running diets in the Sacred Valley of Peru on March 3-19 and May 1-17.
