Solanke scorpion stuns City as Man United produce more late heroics

From The Totally Football Show with James Richardson The Athletic

Jimbo welcomes Daniel Storey, Duncan Alexander and Colin Millar into the pod after another weekend of pure Premier League drama.

It was a great matchday for leaders Arsenal who go 6 points clear after their 4-0 win at Leeds. Man City were cruising at Spurs but surrendered a 2-0 lead thanks to Dominic Solanke’s acrobatics. Plus Villa lose a second home game in a row to 10-man Brentford. Is the title race over?

Man United make it 3 wins out of 3 under Michael Carrick with Benjamin Sesko’s stoppage time strike against Fulham. The Red Devils stay 4th in the Champions League race.

Liverpool get back to winning ways with Wirtz and Ekitike on song against Newcastle, while Chelsea come from 2-0 down to hit the Hammers where it hurts with a 3-2 injury time victory at Stamford Bridge.
