Dream debuts for Kane and Pulisic as Lyon endure nightmare start

From The Totally Football Show with James Richardson The Athletic

It’s Jimbo and the Euro crew of James Horncastle, Raphael Honigstein, Julien Laurens and Alvaro Romeo as we get fully underway across the continent.

Harry Kane scores and assists on his Bundesliga bow but is it what he brings off the pitch that will most benefit Bayern this season?

Milan impress on Serie A’s opening weekend thanks to Captain America but Juventus are the team that look like they really mean business.

PSG are still winless under Luis Enrique, even with Kylian Mbappe back on the scoresheet. But it could be worse, they could be Laurent Blanc’s Lyon.

Bellingham and Yamal light up La Liga but it’s the conduct of Spanish FA president Luis Rubiales after Spain’s World Cup win that dominates the headlines.

And we remember Carlo Mazzone, Guardiola’s former manager, who passed away this weekend.
