Natalie E. Norfus - How Conservatives have decried diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts as "woke" in recent years.

Two-time Emmy and Three-time NAACP Image Award-winning television Executive Producer Rushion McDonald interviews Natalie E. Norfus. She co-hosts the "What's the DEIL?" podcast. Natalie has nearly 20 years of experience as a labor and employment attorney. We discuss common issues in the workplace, remote work, and how Conservatives have decried diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts as "woke" in recent years. They argue it helps fuel racial tensions, hurts competitiveness and education, attacks Western values, and presents a false reading of American history.
