Red Ball v White Noise: Should cricket ditch The Hundred?

England had us on the edge of our seats in one of the greatest Test Series ever but less than 24 hours later the bright lights, colourful kits and loud music of The Hundred began. Mark is joined by former England cricketer David 'Bumble' Lloyd and The Guardian's Chief Sports Writer, Barney Ronay, to discuss it all: Is it really true that young people only like the fast, flashy stuff? Is cricket shooting itself and its players in the foot by having too many formats? Are The Hundred's days numbered? Plus, who's making David's Ashes team?

And stick around to the end of the episode for a flavour of our weekend edition - featuring an exclusive interview with Chris Powell, who left crisis club Sheffield Wednesday earlier this week.
