Week 0 Reactions + Who's Too High, Who's Too Low? - College Football for 8/28

In this college football podcast episode, Ty and Dan talk through a limited slate of Week 0 games and discuss whether it's time to push the panic button on USC's defense after a questionable showing against San Jose State, and wax poetic about Sam Hartman's impact on Notre Dame's offense in a runaway victory against the Navy Midshipmen. Plus, Jacksonville State gets off the FBS schnide, the Rourkening gets derailed by San Diego State, UMass gets a big win and Vandy wins a clunker over an improved Hawaii squad. Also, a look at the composite Top 25 compiled by the Verballerhood and a quick conversation about which teams are over- and underrated going into the 2023 college football season.
