Big 12 Preview - Part 1: Power Tiers & Big Storylines - 2024 College Football

How does the loss of Texas and Oklahoma impact how we (and others) view the conference? Where do Utah, Arizona, Colorado and Arizona State rank relative to their new conference-mates? What do our power tiers look like, ranging from Contenders to the teams that need to focus on improvement? And the Brett Yormark-ification of the Big 12 quietly a good thing?
