We pick up after Hercules is sent by Zeus to war against the Atlantean ten kings and their offspring. As Atlantis became more wealthy, their pride grew, along with their lust for black magic. With that, they wanted to rule the world. The Atlanteans battled with antediluvian nations including the Amazonians, also the Athenians in their conquest for world denomination. Zeus became angry and employed Hercules and other Giants to destroy the Atlantean empire. Poseidon joined forces with Zeus to bring about catastrophies, these events included earthquakes, volcanoes and floods. It seems Poseidon and Zeus were governing over their own nations, echoing Deuteronomy (council of the gods). However, both Poseidon and Zeus intermingled with the daughters of men creating hybrids (human/angelic) entities known as Titans or Giants. The flood then came destroying this once powerful nation.
