My Executive Producer Asked Me the Questions No One Else Does | Dave Rubin

Dave Rubin of "The Rubin Report" sits down with his executive producer Phoenix Glenn for a rare interview where the roles are reversed; why Dave has gone completely off the grid every August for the past 10 years and what disconnecting from his phone, social media, and the news has taught him; how he built a team he trusts enough to walk away for a month; reflecting on turning 50, fatherhood, success, his career, and building new businesses; how the death of Charlie Kirk and the absence of mentors like Jordan Peterson and Dennis Prager affected him personally; why he no longer feels the need to convince people politically; the lessons he learned from stand-up comedy and betting on passionate young talent; what makes someone worth hiring and investing in; his hopes for the future of "The Rubin Report"; the powerful lesson he learned from Kobe Bryant about living the life you're supposed to live; and much more.
