Episode 2304: The Richie Allen Show Thursday October 15th 2026

After rounding up the day's news, Richie is joined by Councillor Brian Silvester. Brian has spent an extraordinary fifty years serving as a councillor in Cheshire. Over those five decades, he's held an impressive range of positions, including Council Leader, Deputy Leader, Mayor, Cabinet Member and Chairman. Today, Brian continues to serve his community as Deputy Chairman of Leighton Parish Council, just outside Crewe. On today's show the guys discuss: In the wake of a damning ITV report, does Reform UK have a racism problem? Who really benefits from illegal migration and why have successive governments failed to tackle it? Why is the public in the dark about government borrowing and fractional reserve banking? Will AI really create jobs or replace workers? It's a fascinating conversation. Follow Brian Silvester here:https://www.facebook.com/cllrbrian.silvester
