This extended version expands the political intrigue, moral complexity, and character development as Gotham’s vigilante, Batman, clashes with Metropolis’ alien savior, Superman, in a philosophical and physically explosive confrontation that sets the stage for the formation of the Justice League. Famous and highly searched moments include the “Knightmare” sequence, teases of Darkseid, Batman’s brutal warehouse fight, Superman’s Capitol Hill testimony, and the unforgettable line: “Why did you say that name?” The Ultimate Edition also restores key plotlines surrounding Lois Lane (Amy Adams), the Africa incident, and the broader conspiracy against Superman, adding depth and cohesion to Snyder’s ambitious world-building. Join Tara and Andrew as they explore the themes, performances, fan service, and lasting legacy of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (Ultimate Edition) — one of the most debated and dissected entries in modern superhero cinema.
