The "Second Sun" Just Woke Up — And It's Changing Humanity - Dr. Heather Ensworth

Dr. Heather Ensworth lives at the intersection of clinical psychology and ancient wisdom. She holds a PhD, worked for decades as a clinical psychologist in the Jungian tradition, then followed that thread all the way back into evolutionary astrology, cultural anthropology, and shamanic healing across multiple lineages. Her book Astrological Ages and the Galactic Center pulls all of it together into a single argument — humanity is standing at the threshold of an evolutionary leap that only comes around once every 12,000 years, and we have a specific window to choose which side of it we walk into. ⠀ She lays out the full case. The 24,000-year precessional cycle that ancient cultures encoded into stone at Giza and Göbekli Tepe. Why our transition from the Age of Pisces into the Age of Aquarius matches the same moment the Hindu tradition calls the crossing from Kali Yuga into a Golden Age — a threshold she says we crossed in March 2025. The reactivation of the galactic center in 2024 after thousands of years of dormancy — what ancient texts called the second sun waking up. Why she believes Sirius is our binary star and how the whole solar system dances around it. What the Cygnus microquasar just did that shifted things again. The dimensional divide she says is now forming between those opening to the shift and those clinging to the old paradigms. And June 2032, when Uranus and Saturn conjoin in the upraised arm of the constellation Orion — a configuration ancient cultures read as cosmic order triumphing over chaos.
