Major News: ANZ Announces Lower Servicing Test Rates ... Investors Can Borrow More | Ep. 328

In this episode, we discuss ANZ's latest announcement that they will decrease the servicing test rate from 6.65% to 5.8%. This means that investors can in some instances borrow up to 13%+ more than previously. 

This is a major competitive move, and we can expect that other banks will follow now that ANZ uses the lowest servicing test rate in the market.
