Councils Forced To Approve Consents For More Houses With No Carparks | Ep. 384
In this episode, we discuss new urban planning rules that come into effect in February 2022. This will force councils to approve some developments that don't have car parks.
We discuss the likely outcome, which is that properties with car parks will become relatively more valuable and experience some capital gain as a result. That's because not all of the cost savings will be passed on to the initial purchaser of the property.
Finally, we wrap up the show by discussing our upcoming podcast tour, which has recently changed dates. Click here to register for the new dates.
