I'm joined this week by Justin Day, the owner and founder of Finest Hour LLC, a training company based here in Michigan. Justin is a former Paramedic and SWAT Paramedic prior to entering the world of coaching and instruction, additionally having spent several years with Haley Strategic. We spend time talking about the state of training opportunities in Michigan, setting realistic expectations, culture and more. Additionally we touch on social media, mindset, dry fire versus live fire, and a even more than I can mention. This was a jam packed conversation worth checking out!
