Poultry plays a vital role in meeting the global demand for protein-rich foods at affordable prices. As the industry continues that growth, conducting research has become essential because advancing knowledge in the area helps the sector address challenges, improve productivity, ensure food safety, and contribute to the sustainable production of affordable, high-quality poultry products. In this episode, Dr. Dan Moore shares his experience leading a research company and working as a researcher in the poultry field, studying especially the health, diseases, and nutrition of birds.
