In this episode of the podcast, Jay, also known as "The Photography Junkie," speaks with Kelly Reed, a Yogic Mentor and Self Development specialist. During their conversation, they discuss the topic of imposter syndrome, which is the feeling of self-doubt or inadequacy that many people experience, despite evidence of their competence or success. Jay puts himself in the position of one of Kelly's clients, as he shares his own experiences of imposter syndrome and how he has overcome it. Through their discussion, they hope to offer insights and strategies to help others who may be struggling with imposter syndrome.
