Chris Smither has released 20+ records so far in his 58 year career, had his songs recorded by the likes of Bonnie Raitt (who had a hit with his song 'Love Me Like a Man', and whom he's had a long working relationship with) and Emmylou Harris, and as you can imagine, he's seen all of the ups and downs and twists and turns in almost 6 decades of this career.
