Trading Fame to Help Others Shine with Mike Lane Evans

Communication coach Mike Lane Evans worked as professional actor for over 15 years but throughout began struggling in his acting career and not getting the roles he wanted, and so made a breakthrough when consulting with the British military to improve their communication. As a result he developed a communication and presentation toolkit that transformed his acting and coaching career and since then he's helped 1,000+ entrepreneurs and senior leaders to make a powerful impact in pitches, presentations, public speaking, and internal company communications. He has helped organisations like ACCA, Allen & Overy, Techstars, Startup Wise Guys, Barclays, ABN AMRO, United Healthcare, Imperial College London and many others to clarify and communicate their message. Successful communication comes down to some core principles; real active listening, knowing why you are doing something, and keeping your audience engaged. Any successful pitch, presentation, interview, podcast is all about storytelling. Mike will help you identify your own and the common mistakes made in communication, find your ‘why’ and then learn how to really engage people with your stories.
