How I Beat Corrupt Police & High Court Fraud | Chris (CJK News)

In this episode of The Never Settle Podcast, host Mel Kate speaks with Chris (CJK News), a man who fought a 10-year battle against police corruption and a system designed to protect itself. After serving two years in prison on a four-year sentence for £50 worth of class A drugs based on undisclosed fingerprint evidence, Chris learned civil law from scratch to hold the police, solicitors, and judges accountable.Chris details his incredible journey of exposing forensic manipulation, taking top corporate defense firms like Clyde & Co to High Court, winning a £744K default judgment, and the absurd retaliation he faced—including being physically restrained by police, banned from court buildings, and falsely accused of harassment.Key Topics Covered:🔍 Framed by Forensics & Hidden Evidence: How undisclosed fingerprint files led to a 10-year battle against a wrongful conviction.⚖️ Exposing Corporate Legal Fraud: How top defense firms and High Court clerks collude to alter high-value default judgments.🚔 Police Brutality in Civil Disputes: Navigating physical assault, knee-on-neck restraints, and false arrests for asserting civil rights.🚫 Weaponizing Civil Restraint Orders: How government bodies use blacklisting and court bans to shut down whistleblowers.📜 Legal Fiction vs. Living Person: Mastering court procedure to enforce accountability and secure winning judgments.Find out more from Chris at:TikTok LinkedIn
