An activity as simple as taking a daily walk can have a substantial positive impact on depression outcomes. Despite the widespread benefits of exercise, patients and providers may overlook its importance in treatment plans. This presentation focuses on the mental and physical benefits of exercise, drawing insights from published data and clinical experience. In this PsychTalk podcast/webcast episode, Dr. Gregory Mattingly and Dr. Gerald Maguire discuss the benefits of exercise on both physical and mental health.
