Mega Edition: Bryan Kohberger And The Motion To Strike The Notice Of Intent of Death Penalty (9/24/26)

A hearing for this motion has been scheduled for November 7, 2024, while the trial itself is set for June 2025. The prosecution initially filed their intent to pursue the death penalty in June 2023, and they are expected to respond to the defense's challenges by October 2024.
