Truth About Shooting in Minneapolis, and Shock Anti-ICE Network Details, w/ James O'Keefe, Dave Aronberg, and Andrew Branca | Ep. 1238

Megyn Kelly opens the show discussing all the angles of the shooting of Alex Pretti in Minnesota by a DHS official during an immigration enforcement operation, how the media is pushing misleading narratives, why she believes Pretti shouldn't have been interfering with the law enforcement efforts, breaking down the video footage of the Pretti shooting, outrageous comments from Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, internal polling showing immigration enforcement is a potential problem for the GOP, and more. Then James O'Keefe, CEO of O'Keefe Media Group, joins to discuss the anti-ICE agitator leftists he encountered in Minneapolis, how they have taken over the city in the absence of local law enforcement, the agitators' death threats against journalists like O'Keefe, shocking details about how organized radical leftist organizations are in Minnesota, whether federal and state forces will hold those who committed crimes accountable, and more. Then Dave Aronberg, MK True Crime host, and Andrew Branca, self-defense legal expert, join to debate all the legal angles of the Alex Pretti shooting, the questions about whether it was justified, why it matters what Pretti did before the shooting, whether an “accidental discharge” led to the Pretti shooting, the pieces of evidence that could come up if there's a trial, and more.
