The Ypsilanti Farmers Market is opening on Saturday, May 3rd, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in downtown Ypsilanti on Washington Street and Black Lives Matter Boulevard. Julius highlights the market’s new location, returning farmers, new vendors, and Growing Hope’s role in fostering a sustainable local food system through initiatives like the incubator kitchen, urban farm, and Power of Produce (POP) Club. The market aims to provide access to fresh food, support local entrepreneurs, and build community relationships while investing in the health and well-being of the Ypsilanti area.
