PM UPDATE: Palisades Fire's toll: Not just mansions

The fallout from the federal funding freeze that the White House backed off from Wednesday. While we await an official cause of the Eaton Fire more than three weeks later, several victims are already convinced who's to blame. And not everyone who lost their home in the Palisades fire was rich. Many of those middle-class people are just starting to sift through the rubble.
