PM UPDATE: DA Hochman calls meeting with Menendez brothers' family 'very productive'

Charges have been filed in the Downtown L.A. Target shooting. Members of the Menendez family met with L.A. County's District Attorney Nathan Hochman to advocate for the brothers - Hochman called the meeting 'productive.' And a new law in California will require kids in school to learn more about the harms of alcohol.
