601: Less stress and more restoration - Habits with Chalene Johnson

Back with Chalene Johnson, our guest from show 599. This time we walk through her healthy habits in the 7 spokes of The Ziglar Wheel of Life. Chalene is one of the top influencers in the health and wellness arena and holds the Guiness Book of World Records...record, for starring in the most fitness videos of anyone on planet earth. That’s a lot of exercise and sweat in front of a camera...while smiling. But in this show, What you’ll find of interest is that she, the queen of fitness, had to deal with a major decline in her health. You’ll hear why, and how she changed to deal with it. It’s what led her to develop her 131method.com approach to individualized diets. Not a temporary diet though, a diet for life, specifically engineered for you. But it’s about much more than nutrition and physical wellness, Chalene is out to inspire people’s true performance, just like Zig Ziglar. In this show I appreciated Chalene divulging she’s an “outgoing introvert”, and her statement that in our pursuits and endeavors, we seldom stop to ask ourselves how we want the initiative to make us feel? How do we want to feel as a result? That perspective really wowed me, as you’ll hear in our talk. It was a fun and significant conversation you’ll want to hear. Again, I really encourage you to check out 131method.com for Chalene’s new offering. Of course you can connect with her and all she’s doing at chalenejohnson.com. Learn more about your ad choices.
