From The Jaipur Dialogues Podcasts The Jaipur Dialogues

The spontaneous outpouring of 'Veera Vanakkam' by the Nilgiris people (Salute to the brave) towards Gen. Bipin Rawat and the other soldiers who died along with him, is the actual depth of Bharat's civilisational ethos towards the balidani warriors. As Bhagwan Krishna said - in this battlefield, if you are killed you attain svarga, if you live on you will get to enjoy this world, therefore, rise o Arjuna and become firm to do battle.
