New J&K Land Law Opens Up State for Rest of India Land Jihad Encountered Sanjay Dixit

With the enactment of new Land Law Amendment and Land Grant Rules, 2022, the State has been fully opened up for the rest of India. Non-agricultural land can be bought by anyone, and agricultural land by any agriculturist from anywhere. Sanjay Dixit explains.
