Judge Kelly of the D.C. federal court has restored CNN, MS NOW, and POLITICO press passes for the next 14 days, granting their temporary restraining order and finding it likely that the Trump administration violated their Fifth Amendment due process rights by pulling their hard press passes in retaliation for negative press coverage.
