Episode 111: For Honor, Nintendo Switch Leak and Video Game Launches

We've played a ton of For Honor and have a lot to say about it. It's a brand new game with knights, samurais and vikings and it's quite a change from previous Ubisoft titles. With our news, we talk about the Nintendo Switch leak showing off the UI and much more. Valve has lost a key writer and Pokemon GO releases 80 new Pokemon! We also talk about Call of Duty going back to its roots and what that means for the franchise. Our discussion is all about the frustrating state of day 1 purchases. What can be done to improve this in 2017? We run into a lot of problems with games releasing on day 1 broken, with bad multiplayer or with a lackluster port to a console or PC. We talk about what developers and publishers can do to make this a better experience for the player. Don't forget we have our contest!
