Extra: Michael Healy-Rae resigns as minister as Government face continued fuel crisis fallout

The protests may be over but the government isn't in the clear yet. In dramatic fashion Michael Healy-Rae has announced that he will be tendering his resignation as a Minister of State, as he prepares to vote with the opposition in a motion of no confidence against the Government.  But will he be the only defector?
