Attorney Mike Davis says it’s an absolute right under the Presidential Records Act and they have the absolute right to take any copies of records, classified or not. When Trump took his classified Presidential records to Mar-a-Lago it was permitted. When Biden stole Obama’s classified Presidential records and records when he was the Senate Foreign Relations Chairman Biden broke the law. Taking records is a very serious crime and it violates the Espionage Act to have classified documents outside an unauthorized location.
