The Very Haunted Pine Lawn Manor, Part Two | Grave Talks CLASSIC

This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE! PART TWO

When Anthony Christopher and his wife purchased Pine Lawn Manor in Sumner, Illinois, they knew they were taking on a building with a difficult past. What they may not have expected was just how much of that past seemed to remain behind.

Once a hotel and later a nursing and rehabilitation facility, Pine Lawn Manor became associated with stories of neglect, abuse, and suffering. Today, investigators report shadow figures moving through the halls, unexplained voices, objects appearing where they shouldn’t, and lights flashing in areas without working electricity. There are even stories of a ghostly nurse known as Ed who may still be making his rounds.

Some buildings seem to hold on to what happened inside them. Pine Lawn Manor may be one of them.

Today on The Grave Talks, we explore the history, hauntings, and mysteries of Pine Lawn Manor with owner Anthony Christopher.

Anthony, when you first bought Pine Lawn Manor, how much did you know about its history—and how quickly did you realize you might not be alone there?
