We then dove into dietary supplements: most aren’t harmful but rarely provide promised benefits unless addressing a deficiency. Multivitamins can be useful, but many are unnecessary and just produce “expensive urine.” Some supplements—especially for weight loss, sports performance, and sexual enhancement—pose real health risks. Supplements can also interact dangerously with prescription meds. Always consult a doctor before use. And loads more!
