When Parkinson’s Took His Hands, He Found Another Way to Make Music
When life knocks your plans off course, your purpose doesn’t have to go with them. Fierce Manson shares a powerful reminder for anyone who feels stuck: realign your life, get creative, and find a way to keep doing what you love. The lesson comes through the story of musician Ace No Face, who continued making music after Parkinson’s took away his ability to walk and use his hands. With a specially made instrument he could play using his breath, he found another way to create. Fierce honors his determination and plays his song “2000 Bikes.” Then Fierce turns the lesson toward her own life, opening up about how time away from the studio left her feeling disjointed, and why getting her personal and business life back into alignment matters. You’ll hear why making space for the work that brings you peace can take rearranging more than your calendar. Think of it as Julia Child’s approach to life: put on your apron, keep cooking, and start again when things get messy. If you’re ready to reconnect with what you’re called to do, this lively, heartfelt episode is your nudge to make it happen.
