BE CAREFUL OF VININGS ATTORNEY LOUIS LEVENSON!!! Vinings Attorney Louis Levenson persuaded a retired elderly Co-Worker to leave her Estate to him and another co-worker Margery Kellar. They all worked for Fulton County Social Services, he was a member of Fulton County Ethics Board Attorney Louis Levenson and Margery Kellar her co-worker, took advantage of my 74 year old best friend of over 25 years. I am 84 years old and this is my Story and every word is true. Louis Levenson and his co-worker Margery Kellar, were aware my friend had no family nor children to leave her estate to. They started making regular visits to my best friend’s house over a year after she retired. They started visiting 2 or 3 times a week from March 2012 to Oct 2012. Louis started remodeling her house, buying her a newer car, giving her 2 flat screen TVs etc. She thought Louis was interested in her because of all the attention and gifts. Not realizing he was spending her own money. They led her to believe they were gifts. He managed to get her to sign her POA/Conservatorship and a conservatorship Contract and her WILL to him. I believe Louis got her to sign the paperwork, when Louis got her to sign for her car, her insurance for car, tag, he also got her a new home insurance policy that she would have to sign for. She already had a Policy. My friend told her attorney she absolutely did not sign any of these documents to Louis and Margery.
