Leafs Season Preview with Luke Fox

On this edition of The FAN Morning Show, Ben Ennis and Brent Gunning unveil their 2026-27 Toronto Maple Leafs season preview! They discuss what would quantify a successful season for this group, who will be the roster's biggest X-factor, the team's playoff potential, and how they stack up in the crowded Atlantic Division. Later, the guys welcome Sportsnet's Luke Fox to help break down the Leafs' blockbuster trade that sent Matthew Knies to Columbus for Kirill Marchenko. He questions what Marchenko brings to the table that Matthew Knies didn’t, and looks into why Knies was on the trade block in the first place. Outside of this move, Luke shares his expectations for the team this season, highlighting Sergei Bobrovsky's importance, the depth on the blue line, and what's on the horizon for John Chayka.
