Leafs Get Underway + MLB Game 1 Observations

Brent Gunning and Sho Alli kick off Wednesday morning by recapping the Maple Leafs' 3-2 season-opening loss to the Montreal Canadiens. They discuss their biggest positives from the game, Auston Matthews' form to start the year, first impressions of the Leafs' new faces, and Gavin McKenna's NHL debut. The guys also chat about Darren Raddysh pairing up with Morgan Rielly on defence, Easton Cowan's ability to move up the lineup, and Sergei Bobrovsky's first action in the blue and white. After the break, the guys pivot to the first day of the MLB postseason and discuss how strange it is without the Blue Jays being involved, where the Red Sox stand following their blowout loss to the Yankees, and the keys to the White Sox' win on the road in Houston.
