Jays Sweep Yankees to Take Sole Possession of AL East Lead

Brent Gunning and Daniele Franceschi kick off Friday morning recapping the Blue Jays' impressive sweep of the New York Yankees at home. The guys dive into how this team got the job done, George Springer's impressive series at the plate, and if the Yankees have more problems than we give them credit for. The pair also chat about broadcaster Micheal Kay's comments on the Blue Jays not being a first place team. In the back half of the hour, the a.m. boys share their thoughts on Nikolaj Ehlers signing with the Carolina Hurricanes and how it impacts rest of the Eastern Conference. Ben and Daniele close out the hour talking about some of the other signings in NHL free agency, as well as how the Maple Leafs are perceived around the league.
