A Massive Opportunity for Matthews & the Leafs

Ben and Brent continue to preview the now best-of-three series between the Maple Leafs and Panthers. The hosts get into how crucial this Game 5 is for both teams and if there is any panic to make line-up changes. The duo welcome on Sportsnet’s own Luke Fox, who has been covering the series, for his insight on what we should expect. The trio chat about the home advantage Toronto should hold, what the game plan is, and how pivotal tonight is for Auston Matthews, not just for the series, but perhaps for his career. The a.m. boys continue the conversation with NHL Network’s Mike Kelly (28:58). They get into the captain's numbers from the series and discuss if a breakout performance could be coming, before looking into the game plan that works best for Toronto. Mike also takes some time to discuss the difference between regular season and playoff hockey, as well as Mikko Rantanen's dominance this postseason.
