Marner’s Adjustment + Avs Ship Georgiev to the Sharks

Matt Marchese and Mike Futa begin The FAN Hockey Show by recapping last night's games, whether the Montreal Canadiens will reach a turning point, another disappointing loss for the New York Rangers, and discussing Alexander Georgiev's trade to the San Jose Sharks. Next, Sportsnet NHL Writer Luke Fox (25:14) joins the show to talk about tonight's game between the Maple Leafs and the New Jersey Devils, whether both coaching changes have helped each team so far this season, and how Mitch Marner has adjusted to Craig Berube's coaching style. Later, Colorado Avalanche Announcer Conor McGahey (49:52) joins the show to discuss the Alexander Georgiev trade and how the Avs might potentially improve with Mackenzie Blackwood. Finally, the three examine the current state of the Avalanche and their ability to stay healthy.
