Brady Tkachuk’s Future in Ottawa + Leafs’ Evaluation

Matt Marchese and Mike Futa kick off The FAN Hockey Show with their early-season Stanley Cup predictions and a discussion of last night's game between the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Florida Panthers. Brent Wallace (13:47), host of the Coming in Hot Podcast, then joins the show to discuss the Ottawa Senators' victory over the San Jose Sharks, whether the win is a momentum boost for the team, whether the team is underperforming, and whether this is the team's future identity. Finally, Ken Reid (40:39) of Sportsnet joins Matt and Mike to debate which retired players they would want to see play in today's NHL, how Team Canada will perform in the Four Nations Face-off tournament, and whether the Leafs' new editions are meeting expectations this season.
