Around the NHL with Elliotte Friedman: Olympic Roster Debates

Matt Marchese and Mike Futa open Friday's show reacting to Team Canada's freshly unveiled Olympic jerseys alongside Elliotte Friedman, Sportsnet NHL insider and host of 32 Thoughts. After debating their favourite sweaters of all time, Friedge shares some of his most eye-catching stories from the early portion of the 2025-26 season. The boys also take time to discuss the Blues' much-needed win over the Sabres, Jordan Kyrou's future in St. Louis following his healthy scratch last night, Cutter Gauthier's electric start to the season, and if he has done enough to receive consideration for the United States Olympic team. The boys wrap up with thoughts on Canada's difficult roster decisions ahead of the 2026 Milan Winter Games, and the allure of a Maple Leafs vs. Bruins Saturday night matchup.
