State v. Hannah Gutierrez. Trial Summary, Conviction and what's next.
On March 6, 2024, Hannah Gutierrez, the armorer on the set of Rust, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter. She is set to be sentenced on April 15, 2024, and faces a maximum of 18 months in prison. She is currently in custody pending sentencing, though her lawyer recently filed a motion for a New Trial and release from custody. Her trial was a preview of what witnesses and lawyering we can expect from the prosecution in Alec Baldwin's trial this summer. Connect With Me. Get the App! Looking for my YouTube videos?
