Reimagining Education 🌱🎓 | Eric Gonzalez-Payne on Empathy Schools, Emotional Intelligence & the Future of Learning

What if school was built around how children actually learn — not how we’ve always done it? 🌍✨

In this powerful and eye-opening conversation, Eric Gonzalez-Payne, Harvard-trained educator and founder of an innovative Empathy-based Nature School in Bali, joins Amb. Elisha to challenge traditional education and reimagine the future of learning 🎓🌱

Eric shares why emotional intelligence, empathy, movement, and self-understanding are no longer optional skills — but essential literacy for the next generation 🧠💛 From hands-on learning in rice fields to teaching kids how to regulate emotions, think critically, and adapt in a rapidly changing world, this episode reveals what modern education should look like.

In this episode, you’ll discover:

• Why traditional education fails to help kids retain knowledge 📚❌

• How empathy and emotional intelligence shape lifelong success 🤝

• What Harvard taught Eric about rethinking learning systems 🎓

• How movement, nature, and curiosity unlock deeper learning 🌿

• Practical ways parents and educators can support emotional growth
