If You’re Alive, Your Mission Isn’t Finished; David McNally | With Amb. Elisha

On this empowering episode of The Elisha Show, Amb. Elisha welcomes internationally acclaimed speaker, author, and leadership expert David McNally for a profound conversation about purpose, aging, and personal transformation.

Born in London, raised in Australia, and now a long-time resident of the United States, David has spent decades helping individuals and organizations unlock possibility. As the author of Even Eagles Need a Push and his latest book, If You're Alive, Your Mission on Earth Isn't Finished, he challenges the limiting beliefs society places on age and relevance.

Approaching 80, David shares why growing older is not about decline — it’s about contribution. He explains the difference between being “old” and being “older,” why purpose does not expire at retirement, and how wisdom becomes one of our greatest assets later in life.

In this episode, they explore:

• Can purpose be rediscovered after 60?

• Why relevance is a choice, not a circumstance

• The power of contribution at every stage of life

• How language shapes aging and identity

• Why growth must remain intentional

David’s message is clear:

Every morning we choose, grow or decline, expand or contract.

If you’re alive, your work here isn’t done.
